XARA nods, concerned expression, follows manager into her office

6. INT. JULIA’S OFFICE. DAY: DAY 3

Shot 23: Straight angle, long to mid shot; XARA and JULIA enter JULIA’S office. In the office there is a desk with a computer on it. Also there are other basic desk equipment items on the desk as well such as a stapler and other stationary. On the wall behind the desk there is a chart showing how well the company is doing.

Shot 24: Straight angle mid to long shot;

JULIA

Please, (slight pause) Sit down.

JULIA gestures to chair and waits for XARA to sit down.

Shot 25: Straight angle, mid to CU, behind Julia’s head you can see the chart showing the company is doing.

JULIA

Due to the current climate, our company has had to make some cut backs. Unfortunately we are going to have to let you go. You have ten minutes to clear your belongings away and leave the building. I apologise for the whole situation, and wish you luck with finding another job.
